From the Head to the Heart - Alchemy of the 4th Chakra Ideals and Reality
Everbody is educated to use the mind more than the heart. The heart is there for romantic moments but not a reliable source for important decisions. We assume that we know what our heart is, needs and wants, just because we have one. We don't make the same assumptions about our head. We pass years of learning and training the mind, accumulating knowledge until we believe that the learned is the reality.
What is meant by heart? It is not the physical heart only, but the spiritual heart-center. We will look at ourselves from the perspective of the heart and identify false ideas and ideals about ourselves and others. Often the energetic reality is very different from the ideas imposed on us by parents, teachers, relatives and society.
And we will be surprised, when we let the controle of our head go. Live is more simple, more spontanious, more relaxed and full of mysteries waiting for us.
We will use heart meditations, breathing, bodywork, dance and sharings to leave the controle of the head behind and open to the heart.

As our physical body has a certain structure of bones, muscles, tissues, etc. so have our energy bodies in the aura, together creating a wholesome being. Each energy body is related to one of the energy centers/chakras in our physical body.
The chakra system is an eastern representation of the development of human consciousness much like western theories on psychological and emotional human development. This Training will combine both.
In this first module we will explore the sequence of the 7 chakras and the energy bodies in an experiential as well as theoretical way. We will experience the qualitative differences of energy in each chakra in a delightful way.
The theoretical part will refer to:
•The chakra map and the aura.
•Chakra related issues: What is the healthy expression of each chakra?
•What are the issues that are likely to develop in each chakra due to childhood conditioning, traumas etc. and may cause disturbance in the natural energy flow?
•What is the male and female expression of each chakra?
•What is the hara?
Module 1 gives a profound understanding about the 7 chakras and is the basis for the following Energy Reading Training in Module 2.

From Fear to Love I - Alchemy of the 1st Chakra Part I: Fear of loosing controle and fear of death
On the journey of exploring the inner world, one inevitably meets the most basic difficulty – fear. Fear is something so invisible yet so powerful in it’s ability to prevent relaxation and joy of life. What to do when fear arises? Escape, hide from danger, and wait for the fear to somehow disappear by itself? Or to push beyond all boundaries that the fear is creating?
In a loving and caring atmosphere, this group gives the opportunity to face 2 of the bsic fears of mankind: the fear of going crazy and the fear of death. Both fears will take us to explore and redefine the limitations that have been imposed on us when we were small.
- By allowing ourselves to go wild and crazy consciously many rigid limitations will drop away by themselves. More space can expand inside for more spontaneity, creativity, love and laughter.
- The fear of death will be met by a very different concept: Death as the peak of life, as a celebration. According to Osho death is a reflection of the way we live. Living and dying are not separate, death can be understood as a new beginning rather than an end.

In this workshop we want to understand which sexual imprints we have collected in our upbringing, especially in teenage, about expressing and living our sexual energy. From there it is only one step further towards trust. Sexual energy is our natural inheritage.

In this module we will learn to read and map energies of the chakras in people and facilitate a transformation towards individual growth.
An energetic reading can contribute towards solution of issues in everyone’s life. By developing our intuition through meditation and love we create the necessary tools to enhance our natural reading skills. As intuition is far apart from logic, energy reading is not an analysis, rather a loving meditative space in which tensions and symptoms can dissolve and we might dare to let go into deeper realms of our being.
We will learn step by step the ability to let go of the rationality and projections of the mind and clear the way for perception of subtle vibrations and energies through the doorway of the heart chakra and the third eye.
We can learn to receive, fall in tune and be in harmony with our natural state of existence. The heart is a feminine space, in which both men and women can learn to balance their own energies and support others.
Once the intuition of the heart has become our foundational inner guide we can move on to the discovery of how the feminine qualities of acceptance and unconditional love plus the masculine qualities of clarity and awareness become our two main tools in energy reading.

Transforming Power - Alchemy of the 3rd Chakra Power strategies versus true strength and freedom. This group is an intensive exploration into the strategies of the ego's drive for "power" - the desire to dominate or the fear of being in one's power; competing in the hierarchy of social status or the blaming and judging of others who play the power games.
In this workshop we consciously enter the world of "power-games" to be able to live them out and expose them. In the light of our awareness the process of Inner Alchemy leads into a deep acceptance of the 'dark sides' of ourselves. At this point transformation happens naturally. We will see that strategies are not true strength and that they are not needed to survive.
