Kořeny našeho dospělého života sahají k minulým emočním traumatům a energetickým otiskům, které po sobě zanechala. Utvářejí naše současné bytí a ovlivňují to, jak cítíme, jednáme, navazujeme vztahy a vnímáme svět, naše slabosti i silné stránky a schopnost čerpat ze života.
Emoční otisky vznikají od chvíle početí v matčině děloze. Vnímáme její napětí i uvolnění a slyšíme v jejím hlase radost nebo smutek. Mnozí z nás se domnívají, že v jejich dětství nebylo nic traumatického. To ale mluvíme z pohledu dospělých. Dítě prožívá a vnímá jinak: je závislé na druhých a má omezené možnosti volby i sebevyjádření. Už jako velmi malé děti vnímáme slovní i emoční sdělení, učíme se a činíme rozhodnutí. Ta nás pak mohou provázet celý život. Nevíme, odkud pocházejí, a věříme, že neplakat, být silní a nic nepotřebovat je naší pravou přirozeností.
Návrat ke kořenům traumat z dětství odhaluje mnohá z těchto rozhodnutí i důvody, proč jsme je museli udělat. Můžeme pochopit, že jsme se nerozhodli být silní proto, že jsme se tak skutečně cítili, ale protože tu nebyl nikdo, kdo by nás podpořil. Jinou možnost jsme tehdy neměli.
Každý životní příběh je jedinečný, přesto máme mnoho společného. Dětská láska a důvěra k rodičům jsou naprosté a bezvýhradné. Dítě udělá cokoli, aby získalo jejich lásku a pozornost, protože rodiče jsou pro ně celým světem.
In 7-8 days time, in an environment of total protection we will allow the magic of love to happen. Proven-tested tools and exercises such as breathing, guided imagination, meditation, physical and emotional expression … will lead us gradually into a process of regression. We will meet our childhood feelings and experiences again. Returning back to our childhood age will enable us to reveal those memories which we had to burry for the sake of our emotional and sometimes even physical survival as children.

Here are the additional costs for accommodation and food:
- rental of a large meditation room where the workshop takes place,
- accommodation price – there are 3 types of accommodation available: New house (rooms in the newly renovated house, bathrooms in the hallway on the floors), or main house (rooms in the main house, bathrooms in the hallway on the floors) or large meditation room (with your own sleeping bag),
- price for food during the workshop. Food is vegan and vegetarian – vegan breakfast plus eggs and cheese, lunch, morning snack (fruit), afternoon snack (sugar-free dessert), dinner, tea.
- The workshop begins on Monday, November 24th with lunch at 2:00 PM and ends on Sunday, November 30th with lunch at 2:00 PM.
The final price of accommodation and meals is determined on the day of the workshop, as it depends on the number of participants, thank you for your understanding. Below is a range of prices to give you an idea.
New house: 8900 – 9400 CZK/person
Main house: 8700 – 9200 CZK/person
Large meditation room, motorhome: 7500 – 7900 CZK/person
If you are interested in a single room and it is possible due to capacity, the additional fee is 1200 CZK for the entire workshop.
