Who doesn’t know the dilemma between the rational mind and the heart?
How many times when there was an opportunity to follow our adventurous heart has our rationality stopped us?
How many times did we feel others are taking advantage of us when we followed our heart?
Is it love when we blindly follow our emotional heart? Is it heartless when we listen to rational reason? Some of us might have learned to let the intellect take important decisions, some of us might do the opposite.
But what if the whole concept of intellect and heart as two opposing parts isn’t right? What if we widen our inner spectrum? Can heart and intellect become friends?
During the workshop, we re-connect with the many qualities of our adventurous heart. We will practice well-known heart meditations, we will share our hearts in various ways, like dancing, painting, listening from our hearts, and speaking from our hearts… we inevitably will discover some of the treasures of the spiritual heart. Treasures each one of us already carries inside. It is refreshing and relaxing at the same time to rediscover how many qualities our heart actually has and we will be reminded of its unique wisdom.
The workshop will be led in English with Czech translation. We will spend a heartfelt weekend in the Bohemian countryside 1 h north of Prague.

Workshop price
If you make a binding reservation by 25. 1. 2026 , you will pay 215 EUR, později 230 EUR.

PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS (not included in the price of the seminar):
- rental of a large meditation room where the workshop takes place,
- accommodation price – there are 3 types of accommodation available: New house (rooms in the newly renovated house, bathrooms in the hallway on the floors), or main house (rooms in the main house, bathrooms in the hallway on the floors) or large meditation room (with your own sleeping bag),
- price for food during the workshop. Food is vegan and vegetarian – vegan breakfast plus eggs and cheese, lunch, morning snack (fruit), afternoon snack (sugar-free dessert), dinner, tea.
- The workshop begins on Thursday, February 26th with dinner at 6:30 PM and ends with lunch on Sunday, March 1st at 2:00 PM.
The final price of accommodation and meals is determined on the day of the workshop, as it depends on the number of participants, thank you for your understanding. Below is a range of prices to give you an idea.
New house: 4850 – 5200 CZK/person
Main house: 4700 – 5100 CZK/person
Large meditation room/own caravan: 3800 – 4100 CZK/person
If you are interested in a single room and it is possible due to capacity, the additional fee is 600 CZK for the entire workshop.
