Our senses – seeing, hearing, feeling— are natural doorways to our intuitive perceptions. Several chakras are especially applicable to read energies, like the heart, the third eye and the Hara.

Additionally there will be a teaching on communication skills, using NLP related techniques and Inner Alchemy skills, enabling participants to practice compassionate communication.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a certification of participation in Energy Reading and Energy Counselling, signifying a deep understanding of energy reading, counselling techniques, and practical application.

Foundations of energetic awareness

In this foundational module, participants will explore the sequence of the seven chakras both theoretically and experientially. The curriculum covers the healthy expressions and potential challenges within each chakra, providing a deep understanding of how these energy centres influence our lives.
The module includes eight online sessions and 6 supervision sessions. Additionally, group supervision sessions with Sugandho are included, focusing on the practical application of chakra knowledge in daily life.
Developing intuitive perception

This module focuses on developing the ability to read and interpret energy fields in others. Through structured exercises, participants will enhance their intuitive faculties in the heart, third eye and Hara, learning to perceive subtle energies using their natural senses—seeing, hearing, and feeling. This hands-on training fosters a meditative approach to energy reading, deepening sensitivity and intuition.
Embodied practice and becoming a guide

In the last training module, participants will learn to conduct energy counselling sessions by integrating chakra knowledge, energy reading and counselling techniques.
The module includes a series of seven sessions, each related to a different chakra, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical session exchanges among participants.
Additional teachings cover general counselling skills, session framing, and facilitating basic meditations. This comprehensive approach equips participants to responsibly guide others towards physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
