The Energy Reading Training consists of two modules:
I Anatomy of the Chakras (10.10.2026 – 13.03.2027)
II Energy Reading – A compassionate way of self inquiry (08.07.2027 – 08.01.2028)
The training is designed for professionals working with people and for individuals interested in learning and exploring their inner world. We will learn and experience the method of Inner-Alchemy, a subtle meditative approach of compassionate self inquiry. The method is based on connecting our inner subtle energy and its movements via the intuition of the heart, third eye and the Hara.
The Chakra Map provides us with a frame work to make this journey grounded and safe and keep an inner compass. The Chakra Map is not an esoteric concept, rather it is a deeply researched system by Yogis and meditators of the East since thousands of years. In the recent decades this knowledge and its wisdom is more and more becoming part of Western life. The practices are easy to learn and give an immediate understanding. Yet, they are taking us and the client’s we are working with into profound inner depth of our being.
At the same time the training is an opportunity to go through an individual inner process. As we are exploring each chakra experientially and theoretically, a natural connection from one chakra to the other is opening within. As our chakras are unfolding and connecting each other, we can experience the imminent intelligence of our energy system.
As our physical body has a certain structure of bones, muscles, and tissues, so create our energy bodies in the aura a wholesome being. Each energy body is related to one of the energy centres/chakras in our physical body.
The chakra system is an Eastern representation of the development of human consciousness much like Western theories on psychological and emotional human development. This training combines both teachings.
In the first module, we explore the sequence of the 7 chakras and the related energy bodies. We will discover the qualitative differences of energy in each chakra in a delightful, personal and hands-on approach.
The theoretical teaching will include:
- The chakra map and the aura.
- Chakra related themes: What resources our chakras provide us with?
- What are the challenges that are likely to develop in each chakra due to childhood conditioning, traumas, etc. and may cause disturbance in the natural energy flow?
- What is the hara?
- How can I learn to trust my intuition in a responsible way?
Module I gives a profound understanding about the 7 chakras and is the basis for the following Energy Reading Training in Module II.
