Two Introductory Events to Connect with your Inner Child!!!
In these two upcoming events we want to attend to two important topics of Inner Child Work:
- The Disconnected Inner Child: Understanding our Fear of Early Vulnerability
There are good reasons why we remain distant to our Inner Child. Yet, what served as a necessary protection when we were young and vulnerable turns into walls of isolation when we grow up.
In this first event we want to give ourselves time and the necessary support to start listening to our Inner Child.
With the help of inner guided visulisation, various techniques of body connection and loving sharings we will create a safe space that allows our vulnerable self to open to more trust.
2. Flexible Boundaries instead of Armor or Enmeshment
27. November 2026 – The Invisible Walls Within: What We Got Right—and What We’re Still Overlooking
Together we are looking at the important topic of boundaries we had or missed as children and how it effects us as adults today.

These one-day workshop serve as a preparatory for our intensive 6-days workshop From Childhood Wounds to Inner Freedom, which will take place December 6-12, 2026, in the Here & Now Centre in Gedera.

About the Here & Now Center (see website):
We are a diverse group of people. People who work in various jobs, raise children, take part in a routine that is familiar to everyone. At some point in our lives we decided to go the way of developing self-awareness and self-care. In this way we try to bring awareness, direct our energy in and take full responsibility for our lives, while managing a similar routine of life.
For us, “walking the road” is an expression of vigilance, an expression of giving for the common good, an expression of an attempt to multiply well, an expression of help to others and the acceptance of the other.
We understand that this way is not over, we understand that walking the road is sometimes not easy and we know there is no purpose to reach. In our experience there is also the understanding that with learning, new degrees of freedom can be experienced and behaviour patterns that cause us suffering can be changed.
For learning about ourselves, we use diverse tools, workshops, meditations, personal processes and more. We help other people who have chosen to go this route. People with us “walk the road”.

Event schedule:
10:00 to 14:00 with tea breaks.
Price:
Event price: 300 ILS
If you register and pay for both events in advance, you pay 500 ILS for both workshops.
To reserve a place in the workshop a pre-payment of 150 ILS is necessary. The rest of the money can be paid upon arrival on the morning of the workshop.
